The method involves producing a plastic layer in a tool (2) that comprises a shaped element (1), where the shaped element is driven up to another shaped element. The tool is locked such that a form cavity is formed between the plastic layer and the latter shaped element. The form cavity is filled with plastic particles that are connected with each other and with the plastic layer by heating the plastic particles. Another plastic layer is made of expanded polypropylene foam particles, and a lacquer coat (3) is sprayed up on the former shaped element of the tool.
