PURPOSE: A handler pusher for a BGA(Ball Grid Array) package test is provided to smoothly press a BGA package by balancing a pressing force. CONSTITUTION: A pusher body(110) has a hexahedron shape. A rail combining piece(120) is protruded to both upper sides of the pusher body. A rail combining recess is combined by a sliding insertion. A package pressing piece(130) presses a BGA package. An ejector fixing recess(140) is formed on the lower side of the package pressing piece with a preset depth. A spring ejector(150) is combined with each ejector fixing recess by a forced insertion and elastically presses the BGA package. |
