PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a nonwoven fabric using absorbent cotton is provided to have a smooth feeling and keep a good tensile force, thereby preventing dusts or naps. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a nonwoven fabric using absorbent cotton comprises the following steps. Absorbent cotton wound in carding machines of roll type is laminated by one layer by a transfer conveyor to form a web(100). Pressure is applied to a laminated web to have an even surface. Multiple webs are bonded without making naps by spraying a pressed web on a surface. Air is absorbed by an absorbing machine(43) to absorb air in a lower part of a web while spraying air to a binder sprayed on the surface of a web from an upper part of a web so that the binder is absorbed into an inner layer of a web and is dried. |
