PURPOSE: A customized advertisement screen and a link screen displaying system displaying advertisement designated to a user terminal by recognizing URL are provided to perform efficient advertisement by continuously displaying the advertisement screen. CONSTITUTION: A service server(120) transmits an advertisement screen to a user terminal(110) through a communication network(130). The user terminal comprises a displayer. The displayer displays the advertisement screen transmitted from the server. A fixed menu bar is formed on the screen of the displayer. The fixing menu bar adjoins one-sided among the screen edges of the displayer. The fixing menu bar displays a progress of the continued display time of the advertising screen.
