PURPOSE: A high yield producing method of fatty acid alkyl ester is provided to improve a conversion ratio and selectivity, to reduce the production amount of by-products, and to remove a separate catalyst separation process. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fatty acid alkyl ester is performed by successively reacting vegetable and animal oil with low class alcohol having 1~4 carbons under the presence of a catalyst applied with an amine group on the surface of a xZnO·ZnAl2O4 metal oxide particle. The catalyst is produced by the following steps: inserting a mixed solution of aluminum salt and zinc salt to an alkaline aqueous solution and reacting to form zinc and aluminum hydroxide materials; aging, filtering, drying, and plasticizing the reaction solution to form the xZnO·ZnAl2O4 metal oxide particle; and supplying the xZnO·ZnAl2O4 metal oxide particle and an amine source to a low-temperature plasma vacuum reactor.
