OIL FOR HEAT TREATMENT WITH IMPROVED HIGH OXIDATION STABILITY

PURPOSE: Thermal process oil which improved the oxidation stability is provided to solve the problem such as transforming the part of the thermal process device. CONSTITUTION: Thermal process oil comprised of a material oil which ha s aromatic component lower than 0.1 weight and has stickiness approximately 110~140 and additive of at least one kind. The material oil is oil which has viscosity of carbon water 10~50, a carbon water that refined remaining oil which remains while distilling the crude oil at atmospheric pressure through a various refining steps. The aromatic component of material oil as a material that can be easily oxide in high temperature so that oxidation stability of thermal process oil can be improved when it is lower than 0.1 weight.
