PURPOSE: Ordered bulk heterojunction organic photovoltaics and a device and method for fabricating the same are provided to completely bond two conductive polymer layers together by patterning the conductive polymer layers with an electrohydrodynamic spraying method. CONSTITUTION: A conductive polymer containing a donor material in a regular concavo-convex shape is patterned on an electrode substrate in order to form a first polymer layer(140). The other conductive polymer contains an acceptor material. The conductive polymer containing the acceptor material fills a space of the concavo-convex shape in the polymer layer in order to form a pattern.
