A radio wave transmission type retroreflective sheeting in the present invention is structured such that a specular reflection region in which a specular reflection layer is installed is electrically insulated by a non-specular reflection region in which the specular reflection layer is not installed, is partly installed by a repeated pattern so as to form an independent region, and exhibits a radio wave transmitting property, in the retroreflective sheeting in which the specular reflection layer is installed. |
