<p>The device has a plug element (15), a clamp element (27) and a counter support (26), which are connected with each other, where the device is fastened on a facade element (2) that comprises two frames (4) with an inter space. Frame inner side is provided with metal profiles (11, 13) that comprise sealing frame parts (22, 23) and an insertion element (25) is inserted in the frames. A cover is fastened at the device in mounted condition of the facade element. Two half-profiles are provided with two-part poles (10 ').
