CONSTITUTION: A p-rpoC1 specifically expressed in wild ginseng has nucleotide of sequence number 1. A method for identifying wild ginseng comprises: a step of performing quantitative RT-PCR of a sample; and a step of comparing the amount of PCR product and confirming the detection of p-rpoC1 gene.</p> |
