PURPOSE: A holding device of a personal portable device is provided to easily control the height of a personal portable device. CONSTITUTION: A brake(30) is connected in the twiddle operation of a lever(22). The brake rotates backward so that a poll part(31) is separated from a saw tooth. A stopper(40) is included in one side of the brake. The stopper receives an elastic supporting force. One side end of the stopper is pressed in a locking groove and is fixed in the backward rotation of the brake. |
