PURPOSE: A method for preparing an optically active alcohol compound and derivative thereof is provided to reduce preparation cost and produce a large amount of the compound. CONSTITUTION: An optically active alcohol compound of general formula 2 and derivative thereof of general formula 3 are prepared by three-dimensionally selective hydrolysis using microorganism having an ability of producing hydrolase in an aqueous solution containing racemic alcohol compound derivative or solvent. |
