APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR LOADING PARTIAL SPATIAL DATA OF SPATIAL LAYER

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for loading partial spatial data of a spatial layer are provided to minimize the lowering of performance thereof and the memory load thereof by loading necessary spatial data at a memory by spatial memory unit. CONSTITUTION: A condition classification unit(122) classifies a map screen display request for a spatial layer into conditions. A condition processing unit(124) uses a displayable map server factor and extracts relevant spatial from a DBMS(Data Management System)(140) by spatial layer unit to display a requested map screen sector. In addition, the condition processing unit loads the spatial data to the memory through the loading method. A map screen unit(130) outputs the data loaded to the memory to display geographical information.
