CONSTITUTION: A discharge system for clean water comprises a reaction bath(100) where processing object fluid saved, a float(210) to be floated in the reaction bath, an exhaust pump(200) discharging the water in the reaction bath to outside, and a re-isolation part(300) which immediately discharges the water supplied from the exhaust pump.
