PURPOSE: A construction block for displaying a rampart image, and a construction structure thereby are provided to improve supporting force of the block and to create a new design with various patterns. CONSTITUTION: A construction block for displaying a rampart image comprises a front body(110), a rear body(120), a pair of fixtures(130), plastering members(150), and vegetation nets(160). Multiple first and second grooves are formed on the front surface of the front body. Groove parts(102) and protrusions(101) are formed on the top, bottom, and side surfaces of the front body. The rear body is arranged in a line with the front body. The fixtures fix the front and rear bodies to be separated from each other. The plastering members are fixed to the first grooves. The vegetation nets are inserted into the second grooves.
