PURPOSE: A controller, a controlling method thereof, and a testing device are provided to improve the precision of signal output timing. CONSTITUTION: A controller(54) outputs a signal of a rising edge from a first signal output unit and a signal of a falling edge from a second signal output unit. A signal obtaining unit(58) obtains a synthesized signal which synthesizes the signals from the first and second signal output units. A controller(64) controls a timing difference between the signal output timing of the first and second signal output units. |
