<p>PURPOSE: A rotating vane for sliding-type wind power generation, capable of area adjustment, is provided to change the contact surface of a blade relate to a wind speed. CONSTITUTION: The rotation speed of a wing rotating according to wind speed is detected by a rotation sensor. If the rotation speed is over or less than predetermined value, electricity is supplied to a motor to control the length of a wing and to maintain the uniform rotating speed. Individual wing is divided into small units and is fixed on a base frame.</p> |
