PURPOSE: A controller, a data storage device and a data storage system having the same, and a method thereof are provided to improve data processing speed by processing the commands such as NCQ(Native Command Queue) in parallel. CONSTITUTION: Address translation CPUs(110-1 to 110-N) respond to a command outputted from a host to perform logical-physical address translation for one channel among channels. Flash memory controllers(120-1 to 120-M) control the access operation for the channel by responding to the control signal outputted from a CPU for address conversion. The CPUs for address conversion performs the logical-physical address conversion in parallel for the channels which are not overlapped with each other.
