PURPOSE: An up/down slide type vinyl envelope suction device is provided to maintain the vacuum inside the vinyl envelop for a longer timer by preventing the open-and-close member to perfectly opened and comprising the open-and-close member by using the compressing unit. CONSTITUTION: An up/down slide type vinyl envelope suction device comprised of a base member(110), a cover member(120), a insertion protrusion(111), and a acceptance protrusion(121). The base member is inserted and arranged inside the vinyl envelop(140). The cover member is combined with the base station arranged inside the vinyl envelop by arranging outside the vinyl envelop. The insertion protrusion has a inhalation hole(113) and is formed on upper side of the base member and is exposed to the external side through penetrating the vinyl envelop. The acceptance protrusion has a insertion protrusion and a discharge hole(123) and is formed on the cover member. If the base member and the cover member comes near, the inhalation hole and discharge hole is mutually closed. If the base member and the cover member goes far from each other, the inhalation hole and the discharge hole is mutually connected.
