CULTURE AND IN VITRO CULTIVATION METHOD FOR CLONING ANIMAL

PURPOSE: A medium for in vitro culture and a method for in vitro culture for animal cloning using the same are provided to improve culture condition. CONSTITUTION: A medium for in vitro culture of nuclear transplantation contains flavonoid compounds and basic medium. The flavonoid compound contains 3'4'-dihydroxyflavone. The basic medium contains flavonoid compound in a solvent. The solvent contains dimethyl sulfoxide. The basic medium contains fatty acid-free bovine serum albumin. A method for in vitro culture comprises: a step of preparing unfertilized egg in which nucleus is removed; a step of injecting a donor somatic cell to the unfertilized egg to prepare nuclear transplantation egg; and a step of culturing the nuclear transplantation egg in the medium containing flavonoid compound.
