PURPOSE: A method for post-processing a carbon nano tube thin film is provided to manufacture a specific carbon nano tube thin film by making a carbon nano tube collide with base materials at high speed. CONSTITUTION: A carbon nano tube thin film is made by making a carbon nano tube collide with a substrate at high speed. A polymer solution is coated on the carbon nano tube thin film. The polymer solution coated on the carbon nano tube is cured on the carbon nano tube thin film with heat or ultraviolet ray. Solutions with conductive materials are coated on the carbon nano tube.
