PURPOSE: An apparatus for transferring torque between telescopic shafts of a vehicle steering device is provided to avoid the concentration of stress and prevent the strength and rigidity of an outer shaft from being lowered. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for transferring torque between telescopic shafts of a vehicle steering device comprises: an inner shaft(120) which slides along the direction of a common shaft; and an outer hollow shaft(110) which is serration-coupled or spline-coupled with the inner shaft. A torque transmission device comprises a cutout part and a spring clip(300). The cutout parts are formed at the end of the outer shaft. The spring clip avoids the concentration of the stress on the end of the closing side of the cutout part and prevents the rigidity and strength of the outer shaft from being lowered. The spring clip clamps the cutout part of the outer shaft.
