PURPOSE: A plating roll cleaning device is provided to simultaneously clean upper and lower rolls of a plating cell and the bottom surface of a steel plate and prevent roll marks on the lower roll. CONSTITUTION: A plating roll cleaning device comprises a cylinder(20), a rotating unit(100), a feeding unit(200), and a bottom fixed unit(300). The cylinder is connected to a frame(18) attached to the top of a base frame. The frame is attached to the upper side of the base frame. The rotating unit with a pinion gear(23) on the exterior is fixed to the bottom of the cylinder. The feeding unit is coupled with the rotating unit and moved up and down. The bottom fixed unit is installed in the base frame and rotates the feeding unit by engaging with the pinion gear of the rotating unit.
