PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for controlling the signal lamp in a traffic signal controller are provided to efficiently the operation of a traffic light by collecting manual operation data. CONSTITUTION: A mode setting part(100) sets the operation mode of a traffic signal controller as an automatic mode, a manual mode, and an auto and learning mode. A key input unit(110) inputs an operation command according to user operation. A controller(120) determines an operation mode and learning mode data. The controller controls the switch of a traffic light according to the learning mode data. |
