<p>PURPOSE: A rapid-hardening repair mortar composition, and a repairing method using thereof are provided to secure the rapid-hardening property and the waterproof property of the composition and to use the composition for repairing bridges and roads. CONSTITUTION: A rapid-hardening repair mortar composition contains 38~45wt% of normal portland cement, 3~4wt% of calcium sulfoaluminate powder, 38~45wt% of silica, 1~5wt% of sodium orthosilicate powder including 49~54wt% of Na2O and 22~31wt% of SiO2, 3~6wt% of redispersible powder resin, 1~3wt% of dimethylolpropane powder, 0.01~1wt% of sulfate zinc powder, and 2~5wt% of functional powdery admixture. A repairing method using the composition comprises a step of spreading the composition mixed with water to the surface to repair(3), and a step of spraying a silicon-acrylic emersion(4).</p> |
