<p>PURPOSE: A flexible cellulose paper transistor using a nano tube is provided to be used as a bio electronic circuit by having a very thin and bendable property. CONSTITUTION: A flexible cellulose paper transistor uses a nano tube. A fist layer is made of complex materials with cellulose and a nano tube to move electrons from the source of an electrode layer along a nano tube. A third layer forms a drain to emit electrons along the nano tube and the source which supplies electrons to the first layer. A fourth layer includes a gate to control electrons from the source to the drain through the first layer.</p>
