PURPOSE: A chestnut peeling machine to evenly peel a fruit surface while evenly mixing it is provided to install the blade between an upper main body and a lower main body and automatically control the degree of the peeling according to the rotation time of a rotation plate. CONSTITUTION: An upper body(110) is equipped with a hopper(112). A fruit outlet(113) of the fruit in which the shell is freed from is projected in one side of circumferential surface. A lower body is closely adhered to the fruit outlet while the drive motor is connected to the rotary shaft. A rotating plate is combined to the upper side of the lower main body. A controller is attached to one side of the lower main body. An elastic body is combined in the inside wall bottom.
