PURPOSE: An omnidirectional crime-preventive system and an omnidirectional crime-preventive method using the same are provided to acquire a standard image with the uniform illuminance by regulating the light transmittance of a light emitting diode. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of infrared-ray emitting diodes is installed in an omnidirectional crime-preventive module(20). The module includes a fish-eye lens in order to take images with respect to an omnidirectional crime-preventive area. A local controller(10) determines a tracking target based on a detected motion and outputs a commanding signal for taking images. A fan-tilt zoom camera module(30) takes images with respect to the target based on the signal. An image transmitter(40) transmits the image to a center controller(50). |
