METHOD OF RELEASING AN ACCESS RESTRICTION AT HIGH INTERFERENCE CELL IN A WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A method for enabling a terminal to cancel the access limit about a cell which has large interference on a wireless communication system is provided to reduce the interference between a terminal and a base station in case of the terminal is in area of an access-limited base station. CONSTITUTION: Whether access about the cell based on a first parameter included inside the received connection information is limited or not is determined. If the access about the cell is limited, whether the access about the cell is accepted in high interference base on a second parameter included in the receive access information. If the access about the cell is accepted in high interference, interference is estimated. According to the estimated interference, the limited access about the cell is selectively cancelled.
