PURPOSE: A monitoring system of car operation is provided to check the effect due to the idle state restriction device through fuel reduction system. CONSTITUTION: A mobile input unit obtains information about the movement of a car. A no-load operation limit input unit obtains information about operation of no-load limit device. A refueling information collection module obtains information about refueling amount. A monitoring determiner determines a fuel consumption or carbon dioxide discharge. A reporting unit(3300) writes report about the fuel consumption or exhaustion of carbon dioxide. |
