PURPOSE: Composite emulsion oil is provided to prevent outputting air pollution material. CONSTITUTION: Composite emulsion oil is mixture of W/O type emulsion oil(H2O/CnH2n+2) and O/W type emulsion oil(CnH2n+2/H2O2). The W/O type emulsion oil is 80 weight% of oil and 20 weight% of water. The O/W type emulsion oil is mixture of 10 weight% of oil and 90 weight% of hydrogen peroxide.
