PURPOSE: A diagnosis apparatus with automatic position adjustable x-ray detector is provided to prevent the collision between an x-ray projection unit and an x-ray photography stand by sliding an x-ray detector back and forth. CONSTITUTION: An x-ray photography stand(3) has a plurality of elevation rails(3b). A connection unit(10) is moved along the elevation rail of the x-ray photography stand up and down. A sliding unit includes a fixing plate, an inserting plate, and a slide plate. The fixing plate is fixed at a rotator driving unit. The insertion plate is mounted in the fixing plate. The sliding unit moves the x-ray detector back and forth.
