PURPOSE: An imitation jewel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided which can obtain splendid and clear natural sensuousness by the reflective effect of light. CONSTITUTION: An imitation jewel manufacturing method comprises: an injection molding process(S100) that requires pouring liquid resin into a mold having a fixed shape; a mirror face formation process(S200) that creates a mirror finish on the back side of an artificial jewel manufactured by the injection molding process; a thermal process(S300) that heat treats the artificial jewel in which the mirror face is formed; and a cooling process(S400) that rapidly cool the heat-treated product.
