PURPOSE: A member for a vehicle path conjunction membrane and an apparatus using the same are provided to prevent external noise from a road. CONSTITUTION: A member for a vehicle path conjunction membrane comprises a substrate and a silicon layer(3). The substrate is located of a fabric(1) made of resin(2). The silicon layer is coated on the substrate. The fabric is formed in the net work in order to enhance the coherence with resin. The fabric is made of aramid fiber or anti-fire polyester fiber.
