Invention herewith described refers to the universal condenser characterized by its technical solution that is in the form of a roller (1) as a carrier of one charge and a ball (3) put as a carrier of the opposite charge, provides operation at different frequencies. If it is required that the condenser and its capacity are put on a higher voltage then one condenser plate (2) should be unscrewed and between it and the ball (3) placed a thicker layer (6) of insulating material so that the condenser can operate in all modes regarding voltage as well as frequency wherein is the main feature of the universal condenser.
