Invention herewith described refers to the electromagnetic crystallizer for continuous casting in whose central opening of the body (1), the conical insert (2) is inserted through its lobe (22). A gasket (5) is mounted between the cylindrical lobe (21), the insert (2) and the upper surface of the body (1). The body (1) and the insert (2) are fastened with screws (24) and nuts (25). A cover (3) is mounted on the lower part of the body (1) over the O-ring (6) and fastened with screws (32). On the lobe (41) of the body (1) there is mounted a ring (4) and welded to the body (1) in which process the connecting members (9) are placed into holes (8) and welded to the body (1). Between connecting members (9) and the ring (4) there is a greater number of magnetic windings (101) connected with the inverter (102).
