Invention herewith described refers to the product intended for the protection of vehicles, containers, packages and other facilities against unauthorized access. The theft prevention device is made of one piece, and consists of flexible toothed band (1) and the body (2) with toothed inner side surface. When bending the band (1) to the body (2) and dragging through, side teeth (3) of the band are coupled with the inner lateral teeth (4) of the body (2), and the theft prevention device is locked.Pulling the band (1) in the direction of locking will adjust the volume of the loop (6).Pulling the band (1) in the direction of unlocking, and the opening of the device is not possible, hence there comes to fitting external teeth (3) of the band (1) on the flat surfaces (7) of the internal teeth (4) of the body (2). The theft prevention device can be opened only by force with the visible signs of destruction. The existence of the limiter (8) prevents tightening of the band (1) to its flat part where it might be cut and then reconnected, and glued on the reverse side, which would cover up the damage of the theft prevention device.
