SEWERAGE DUCT NON-EXCAVATION REINFORCEMENT TUBE INSERTION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A reinforcing tube insertion apparatus of non-excavation type for a sewer pipe is provided to facilitate the insertion of a reinforcing tube into a sewer pipe by employing a curve guide mounted on the bottom of a support frame. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing tube insertion apparatus of non-excavation type for a sewer pipe comprises a support frame(200), one or more heating units(400), and a curve guide. The support frame comprises a coupling frame(210), moving rollers(230), side plates(240), and a coupling loop(270). The moving rollers are installed at regular intervals in a lower mounting space(220) of the coupling frame. The side plates are installed on a side of the coupling frame. The coupling loop is attached on the front or rear side of the coupling frame. The heating units are installed on the side plates and transfer heat to a reinforcing tube carried down along the moving rollers. The curve guide is installed on an end of the support frame close to a sewer pipe in order to help the insertion of the reinforcing tube into the sewer pipe.
