PURPOSE: A plasma display device and a driving device of a plasma display panel are provided to generate a stable sustain discharge regardless of a load by supplying a different kind of a sustain signal according to the load of image data. CONSTITUTION: A scan electrode(202) and a sustain electrode(203) are formed in a front substrate(201). An address electrode(213) is formed in a rear substrate where the scan electrode and the sustain electrode are crossed. An upper dielectric layer(204) insulates the scan electrode and the sustain electrode. A partition wall(212) comprises a first barrier and a second wall. The height of the first wall is different from that of the second wall.
