PURPOSE: An underground heat exchange apparatus is provided to improve the insulation effect because an intermediate layer is formed between a recirculating fluid and a fluid. CONSTITUTION: An underground heat exchange apparatus comprises a body(301) in which a first path(330), a sectional chamber(350), and a second path(310) are arranged successively from the inner periphery to the outer periphery. A recirculating fluid flows in the first path. The second path is separated from the first path through the sectional chamber and secures the maximum thermal contact area between a fluid and the underground. One or more grouting injection spaces(370) for putting in a filler are formed on one side of the body.
