PURPOSE: An oxygen dissolution water production device is provided to increase the oxygen dissolution volume, thereby enhancing the oxygen dissolution production efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An oxygen dissolution water production device includes a pump(1), a charging tower(2), an air tank(3). The pump supplied water. The charging tower dissolutes the oxygen of air into water. The air tank stores the air. The oxygen dissolution producing device removes the inner air by discharging(200) the inner air of the charging tower and an air tank when oxygen mole fraction of air which is used in producing the air dissolution by supplied inside the charging tower is reach the constant value before reaching to the equilibrium state. The oxygen dissolution water production device has a air discharging and inflow means which atmosphere air is flown-in in charging tower and air tank.
