The subject of invention are a new combination or compound of water soluble forms of coenzyme Q10 and L-carnitin, a procedure of preparation of compound and products based on this compound as well as application of the compound and products based on this compound. The new combination of coenzyme Q10 and L-carnitin according to the invention is characteristic in that coenzyme Q10 in a suitable form with increased water solubility forms a compound with L-carnitin. Coenzyme Q10 and L-carnitin exist in any ratio, preferentially in a weight ratio in the range of 1:200 to 10:1, still more preferably in the range of 1:1 to 1:100. The combination of coenzyme Q10 and L-carnitin is a solid one or in the form of solution or suspension in water or water medium and is pure or with addition of other auxiliary and/or biologically active substances. The combination of coenzyme Q10 and L-carnitin according to the invention is applied for preparation of pharmaceutical, nutrition and cosmetic preparations so that the two are added either in a previously prepared compound or separately, and this to a previously prepared compound or separately. |
