The turbine has a Savonius rotor including superimposed stages that are shifted with respect to each other at an angle of 90 degree. Each stage comprises semi-cylindrical vanes along vertical axis. A Darrieus rotor is integrated with the Savonius rotor, and comprises straight and vertical blades having a biconvex profile. Two baffles are presented at the ends of the blades and directed towards interior and exterior of the Darrieus rotor. The baffles are symmetrical with respect to each other or slightly asymmetrical to the faces of the blades.
