The device has a semi-cylindrical box made of metal, where height, weight and depth of the box are 64.5 cm, 26 cm and 22 cm, respectively. A door is mounted on non-oxidizable hinges with a lock to permit opening and closing of the box. Two distinct compartments inside the box permit storage of delivered foods and newspapers. External clamps are fixed on a wall or facade, and a third clamp permits attachment of the box on a pedestal. The door is moved using the hinges fixed by a metal screw. The door is secured by the lock, where the box is coated with quality paint.
