PURPOSE: A unique weather fluctuation estimating method is provided to integratively analyze or assume the vulnerability of each area by the change of weather phenomena. CONSTITUTION: A unique weather fluctuation estimating method comprises the following steps: dividing a specific area with a lattice consisting plural unit lattices, and combining each index of yearly bases containing the high temperature phenomenon index and dehydrating phenomenon index by the kind of indexes; dividing the combined value with the specified period by yearly bases; combining each divided values by each index, and dividing with the number of meteorological spot included in each unit lattice to transform the value into an average value for each index(S10); normalizing the unit lattice value; and obtaining a normalization value for each normalized unit lattice value(S20,S30). |
