The element has flexible and hollow parallel arches (2, 2c) connected to each other by beads allowing passage of air between interior volumes of the arches. An opening (4) is provided on outer faces of the arches, where the opening is equipped with a fixing device (8) that fixes a removable pipe (7) i.e. valve, where two ends of the removable pipe are fixed between modular elements located side by side. Nodes are formed by intersection of the arches. The beads are surrounded by straps forming a double X loop around the nodes by covering intersections between the beads and the arches.
