An IC card for multi-operating a single application is provided to use the application effectively by enabling a plurality of SPs(Service Provider) to have an access right for one application and execute the application respectively, as more than two access codes are assigned to one application. An I/O(Input/Output) interface inputs/outputs data by connecting to a card terminal(105). An IC chip includes the application and access code control information for providing more than two execution commands to one application by responding to application access codes received from the card terminal. An application execution processor operates the single operation for different purposes by changing an execution command for operating the single application according to the access codes received from the card terminal based on the access code control information when the application is executed by connecting to the card terminal. The access code includes the access code and/or a PIN(Personal ID Number) received from a card client, and at least one of access, terminal, goods, or service code received from the card terminal. |
