PURPOSE: A screw and screw-type machine element having an impact resistance, vibration resistant and coupling reinforced structure are provided to prevent the release of a fastened screw by restricting vertical and horizontal movement against an external impact. CONSTITUTION: A screw having an impact resistance, vibration resistant and coupling reinforced structure comprises a front flank face(114) and a rear flank face. The front flank face is angled in the entry direction of the screw thread while the rear flank face is angled in the backward direction of the screw thread. The rear flank face comprises an upper rear flank face(112a), a flat face(113), and a lower rear flank face(112b).
