The engine has a rotor (3) with a cylindrical body (30) rotated around an axis inside a cylinder chamber (2) of a stator. The chamber is provided with a wall (20) i.e. multi-lobed wall, where lobes form corresponding working cavities (4-6) with the body. The rotor has blades (31) that are extended radially with respect to the axis, in direction of the wall, where each cavity has a waste gas exhaust unit (43). Each cavity has an oxidant intake unit (41) for intaking oxidant i.e. air, and a fuel injection unit (42) for injecting fuel e.g. biofuel, to form air-fuel mixture in the cavity. An independent claim is also included for a motorization assembly comprising a spark ignition engine and an air engine.
