PURPOSE: An ecological luminous braille block is provided to ensure water proof by epoxy layer and to enable long term use of LED substrate. CONSTITUTION: An ecological luminous braille block comprises: a LED substrate(20) having a plurality of LED lamp sets(63); a braille-shaped protrusions(31) for receiving LED lamp sets; a substrate case(30) made of polycarbonate; an epoxy layer forming the lower side of the substrate case; an elastic board(40) made of polypropylene; and a concrete board(10) in which LED Braille-shaped assembly is fixed. |
